Returns & Warranty

  • We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
  • Most of our products also come with a 12-month warranty. - Please refer to individual product listing for the warranty period.


1. Dead on Arrival (DOA):

  • Please contact us as soon as possible if an item was found damaged, faulty, not fit for purpose or is significantly different from the listing when the customer received it.
  • DOA items will be eligible for a full refund or replacement. Return postage cost will be borne by the seller (

3. Change of mind / Cancellations:

  • Please contact us immediately for order cancellations due to change of mind. Packages/Products which are opened, modified, used or tampered with will not be accepted for cancellation.
  • The buyer will need to return the item (postage paid by buyer) in the original unopened packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • If cancellation is done before the item is shipped, you'll be eligible for a full refund. Else, you will be eligible for a partial refund, with the shipping and restocking fees deducted

3. Manufacturer Warranty:

  • Warranty covers manufacture defects and general wear&tear of products in use after the 30-day return period. See the individual product description for the warranty period.
  • You may be eligible for the replacement of parts or the product based on the problem case as assessed by the manufacturer.
  • Damage during delivery (DoA) or due to misuse by buyer are not covered by Manufacturer Warranty.


  1. Items that are modified or damaged due to customer negligence, misuse or tampering will not be covered by the warranty or return policy.
  2. Opened/tampered packages will not be accepted for order cancellation.
  3. Contact us and provide the detailed problem description to initiate a return. Our customer service team will assess the problem case and guide you on the next steps. You may be asked to provide photos and videos as proof, if you're applying for a DoA return.
  4. Please do not attempt to return the item until instructed by our customer service team.
  5. Exceptions / non-returnable items:
    Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), gift cards, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).
